This is a case study for an email marketing campaign for a SaaS company.
Bravura Technologies had just implemented Marketo and weren’t quite sure what to do with it. They knew they wanted to set up some workflows for different customer experiences, so that was one of the first things I was able to help them with.

Bravura Technologies is a software company that sells event software to event planners. When I started their main focus was to set up a way to capture more leads from the traffic coming to their website, make sure to have various touch-points with those leads, and also nurture the leads they had acquired over the years.
This was the email someone would get after filling out the form on their website in order to gain access to the virtual platform preview. This email had a high open rate because it was information that the potential customer asked for and was expecting to receive.
My role in this email was implementing the form, the conformation email, adding them to an appropriate segment, and nurturing them with relatable content. I often was not coming up with the content with Bravura, but implementing and finding ways to innovate.
This email was for one of the webinar sessions the sales team was hosting. I integrated Marketo with Zoom to create personalized links for each attendee.
